Not entirely satisfied with our experience. We got to the rental and it was Hertz not Dollar. The representative working the counter was friendly but did not have a good handle on how to do the rental process. It took quite a bit of time. They tried to tell us that the insurance we bought through carrentals.com might be a problem and then quoted 700euros as what their insurance would cost. I think she was confused! Also the confirmation email had the address of a empty lot with construction and they never answered their phone that was on the confirmation email. And then we were given random directions on where to find the vehicle.
