The staff was good and helpful and pick up and drop off were good. But the Chevy suburban we got smelled very bad. We assumed it was related to disinfecting for covid but the stink stayed the whole trip and even transferred to our clothing and luggage. Also the air conditioning did not work

The return instruction for the DT location on the form given at rental start does not work and is not the same as found taped to the office door.

Car was good, but there was not anyone at the return counter. Put keys and contract in key drop per instructions and was indicated I would receive an e-mailed receipt. Still have not received the final receipt.
