Get to Sixt and find out that the vehicle that I reserved was on the lot but the Sixt Rep says that it was for another customer. The Rep said that he wanted to contact me but he didn’t have my email or phone number that were included in my reservation. So had to settle for a smaller vehicle that didn’t meet my needs. Rep’s resolution was to try another rental company which was the craziest suggestion anyone could say. Same hour rental charge would have been the roof. Normally Sixt does a good job so Imwill give the company the benefit of the doubt for this mishap but still unhappy because of the situation.
