We were happy with the friendly staff, car and also pick-up and drop-off.

I had requested a van with automatic transmission and the carrental.com system said it would be ready at 10 am. The morning of the rental, I received a call from Enterprise saying they did not in fact have a van with automatic but they could get one for me -- I'd just have to wait until noon. Fine. We arrived at noon to get the van, which we wanted to use for moving large items. The van had two rows of seats, though, and the seats did not fold in order to fit large items--one would have to completely remove the seats. The people at Enterprise, however, would offer no guidance on how to remove the seats--we would have to figure it out on our own. We did--at least we figured out how to take them out, but we couldn't get them to lock back in again at the end of the rental--but it seems to me the rental company should know how its vehicles function and provide assistance to customers for something like this. When we returned the van with the seats not locked back into place, they were not thrilled and suggested that the van might have to go to the Werkstatt to have the mechanics take care of it... I haven't heard how that has been resolved yet. But I will be angry if there's an extra charge for putting the seats back--seems to me that's part of their job, especially if they can't provide us with directions on how to do it ourselves. Also the seats weighed a ton and were simply difficult for my girlfriend and I to manipulate. Anyway, everything was said and discussed in a friendly tone, for what it's worth. It was just frustrating.
