We ended up canceling this resort as there was a waiting line of 20 people with only 2 Agents. Went to another Company with more efficient moving lines

I was told I did not have collision protection, even though I paid for it through car rental.com and was scammed i to believing that I needed to purchase it through Budget again at a price almost 3 times the original amount. Then the car( Nissan Sentra) was malfunctioning as soon as I got into the Interstate and had 3 separate malfunction icons suddenly show up on the screen. The rpms were surging up and down involuntarily. I drove to what I thought was the next Budget car rental location in the next town to exchange cars, only to find that this location was now closed. So I had to drive all the way back to Salt Lake City to exchange. They have me zero apologies. I had spoken to a rep from car rental.com on the way to my exchange location, who assured me that I could exchange and also that I indeed had collision coverage on my original contract and did not need the coverage offered by Budget. When I went to exchange the car, I asked for the Budget collision coverage to be taken off for the new car. I was told that this could be done by starting a new contract. However, they would first need to charge me for a day's use of the first car. I asked them how they could even charge me for a dud car in the first place. The manager responded that the car was not malfunctioning before I left the lot. In short, I was scammed for collision coverage by Budget and I was given a dangerous vehicle to drive through very dangerous mountain canyons without so much as an apology.
