They applied stand-over-tactics when I arrived to pick up the car and would NOT accept the online insurance that I had paid in advance with Allianz Insurance....would NOT accept the Insurance Companies documentation, licence, agreement and insurance....referring to me as an idiot that I was conned by online Insurance, it was a sham, not acceptable, not effective, told this is how these companies make their money conning people....and I had to again take out insurance with them as I was threatened that I could not have the car unless I paid up insurance for a second time....I was under threat and their terms and conditions and stand-over-tactics I couldn't have the car unless I paid their insurance. I have paid insurance twice, over-charged. On my return I queried it and they have called me a liar.... I have been called a liar twice and conned by them twice, and they refuse to accept any responsibility....They need to refund me my insurance money.....and refuse to do so. Them taking the word of a receptionist over the word of a doctor, of course she would lie to save her job....She referred to online insurance as a con and a sham...and now they refer to me as a con and a sham.....Not one ounce of integrity or ethics.... Greed and appalling people....suggesting that 'they are never in the wrong'.....but everyone else is, the online insurance with Allianz are in the wrong and I'm in the wrong....this is how they treat people. It says on the Allianz documentation and agreement, that they would attempt to do this and to try this 'stealing' behaviour and they have done, so obviously Allianz have been caught out before and people akin to myself have been caught out, and Allianz are aware of their unprofessional tactics and warned me and others of it.....So its up to you to do something about it.....
