My experience was awful. I have advised you that my flight was canceled and you didn’t contact to advise them that I’ll be arriving the next day. To my surprise I had to pay € 30,00 additional because they didn’t have any car available according to my reservation, of course they had refused to up grade me.

I reserved a car similar to a Ford Focus which said it fit 5 people and 4 suitcases. I was given an SUV that could only hold 3 suitcases. I don't understand how an SUV is considered a compact car. I also don't know why I received a huge car with no trunk space. I needed a small car with a normal trunk. I tried to talk to the people behind the counter but they insisted they had nothing else unless I wanted to pay more. I had to alter all of my plans since I had luggage in plain sight. They should really do a better job explaining the car you will receive since what I got was nothing like a Ford Focus!
