SUGGESTION: A clearly marked path for vehicles driving OUT of P3 for Budget customers. (All the exit signs are referring to on-foot exits, it's confusing.) I don't usually have problems following signs; this could be made more clear for the convenience of your clients. I arrived a few minutes after my reservation time. No one at front desk, called number on sign. Employee said he would be up in 5 minutes. Over 10 minutes later he came up. (The employee was busy so he had to clean cars in P3.) Then the printer malfunctioned, so indeed i had to wait a lot longer than i had hoped. Friendly service. During dropoff, i went to leave on foot but the stairwell was blocked due to wet paint. There was no detour indicated. It was a bit frustrating but i found the elevator eventually.

My experience with Budget was great, I ended up getting an upgrade and the customer service team was fantastic to deal with. They made everything easy which was much appreciated.

Got a free upgrade, car was great. But the service was absolutely excellent - professional, quick, helpful and personal.
