Everything fine except the return, it was stressful because seems that it was only one person and he left the office to with client picking up a car. When I arrived waited 20 minutes and I didn’t have more time to wait for him as I had to go to my flight. Finally he arrived and I had to run to boarding Also GPS was difficult to manage as you can not write the name of the street or mall that you are going to and it’s confusing: you try to put Airport and gps only have Avenida del aeropuerto It didn’t take us to airport, thankfully the phone gps took us

I can’t say enough about the service that I was given upon picking up and also returning and even after that! We needed help with a few things and they offered and followed it all through until we were on our way and happy.

the information is that the office open between 7am to 9 pm/ i fhoned in 20.30 no one answered/ i came 7.30am to get the car no one was in office and i had to find someone with telefhone to look after them/ later i was told they were in the parkig area and that is the reason ofice closed. it took them 1 1/2 hour to finish proses of renting. when i got there back after 2 days to return car no one was on 7 am and i had my flight! so i was lucky that someone from avis was so good to me and took the key from me. i saw they opened the office only in 7.15 there for no one did checking i didn/t get reciept and i hope not to be charged on fake reasons!
