Pickup could have been faster, 20min with only two customers. Negative: With CarDelMar premium package including glass and tire damage purchased, nevertheless, I was in the lease a tire and disc protection with additional costs untergejubelt. Vehicle was ok, return very fast and uncomplicated.

First concern: the vehicle was not the model I had reserved, and I had chosen according to the size of his chest. The model given instead was a 7 seater whose last 2 seats did not fold completely, I had difficulties with my luggage. Then, I almost had to pay for fuel because the gauge of the vehicle did not work properly: fortunately I had kept the ticket of the full one that I had to do just before returning the vehicle, which m ' proved to the employee my good faith. Finally, I do not understand why, while I took the extension of insurance, I made myself still immobilize a deposit of 1300 € + 300 €. I was also offered an additional extension of 6 € per day for the windshield and tires: what is the interest of the extension of insurance if it is to have despite all these huge franchises? I would like someone to explain to me, that I know for next time
