Hours of operation around holidays could be an issue, but they accommodated me by sending someone from the airport location, even though they were closed. I didn't feel a lot of pressure to buy extras, which was nice, but that could have been due to my limited ability to understand spanish. Car was adequate.

I had to wait for the Hertz office at the airport for about 1 hours to check out the service!! It was a disaster.
