I reserved an SUV to be able to travel on unpaved roads in Tobago. Upon arrival at the rental agency I was told they do not offer SUVs at all despite my reservation. They have told CarRentals.com to correct the website but it has not been done. I had to take a Ford Focus which meant I could not travel everywhere I planned. I could not get a refund as the Focus is supposedly in the same class as an SUV according to agency. It is very difficult to find anyone from CarRentals.com to discuss my issue. I am hoping they will contact me based on this review. If the information through CarRentals.com was accurate, I would recommend this vendor as they were professional, courteous and prompt but bound by an agreement that was based on inaccurate information.
