GREAT !!! Our first car had a problem with the drivers seat belt alarm. Returned it for a different car ---BUT--we left the garage door opener for our rental home in the rental car. Thrifty told us to report it to LOST & FOUND and returned it to us. Very helpful.No problems with second car. Great service !!!!

Booked standard size car through car rentals.com using Thrifty. Arrived in RSW and waited close to an hour in line. Clerk told me I booked a managers special and that it was a compact car. I disagreed but the manager would not budge. We accepted the compact car (1 of 2 that were available). First car was really small, the other car a Nissan Versa, smelled like a whole bottle of Vinegar was pored inside it. I wanted to go back to the desk, but wife was tired and we took it. Car drove okay. 1) Long wait 2) Bait and switch 3) Car smelled. When I ordered the car I made sure it was standard size or large r since we had 5 adults at time's. If I could give zero stars I would have.
