Making a reservation with Payless was easy. When I pick up the car I was not was a different story. It was not the car I reserved, they offered me another car but the tires were not in great condition, so I requested a different car. They were able to worked with me by giving me other options, but still with the car I got the air conditioning was not working that good.

Although the junior staff who helped me were friendly and clearly trying to do their best, my experience was extremely frustrating. I was told I had to purchase mandatory third-party insurance, which more than doubled the price of my rental and was not indicated anywhere in my confirmation. This amounts to bait and switch - clearly a way to draw in customers with low prices then charge more. On top of that, the final charge on my credit card was for $5 more than the final price (in USD) I was told I should expect.

Nice people very friendly, i just have to take care of a extra charge, because they say it was a damaged on the front bumper, maybe cause for a rock and on the tire rim. I took insurance for it i hope ill get it solved.
