There was a bit of a delay in collecting the car but not long (20 minutes). I returned the car with a lot of sand in the interior contrary to a policy that was clearly written on the interior windscreen. However the $30 cleaning fee was waived by the pleasant staff member.

I rented the car in Antigua. Poorly maintained and dirty interiors and exterior Suzuki Vitara. The A/C was not working properly, torn wiper blades, squeaky sounds, etc. At the moment of the pick up, the Dollar Rental Car employee told me he was going to drive the car with me and my wife to some place in the Antigua Island for him to pick up his own car (very weird) and he said that from that location he was going to give me directions to my hotel. I told him that I had GPS and did not needed directions. After I told him that he desisted from the idea of driving to that location where he was supposedly to pick up his car. That was very suspicious, my impression was that the old dirty Suzuki Vitara was his own car, but it could have been something more sinister. Of course, I was not going to let a stranger drive us anywhere but that was extremely weird. If he would had insisted in driving, I wouldn't had picked the car. Never renting with Dollar again.

Found my pick up experience very relaxed.The vehicle was old and tired visibly but run fine. the power windows didn’t always work.
