Husband not home when son got car. Did not read fine print. Never had that happen b4. Car good. No problems. Only c/o. Only car his name. On my card. To much trouble trying to change everything to his name. Tried to call Hertz. Nobody answered. Finally I kept it under my card. I had to drive. Husband upset.

Nice vehicle and excellent customer service except one detail. The service rep failed to mention that we could have returned the car to the airport instead of the off-aiport pickup location at no charge. That would have saved us $35 and 90 minutes.
