Due to Covid, the Thrifty location where I rented was closed I had to pick up from Hertz. The return in FLL was horrible. I return to Hertz. They have me go to Thrifty because that location is open. I go to Thrifty. No agent is their to process the return. I had to wait 15 minutes. When there was no wait and staff at Hertz. Why put a customer through this when a Hertz agent could’ve have helped?!

Thrifty made it quick and easy to pick up and return. Minimal contact and good social distancing.

They weren’t sure if they had a vehicle to accommodate me, they found one. Upon departing for my trip I noticed engine noise that lasted the duration of my rental and they were able to credit my account for the inconvenience.
