Upon arriving at the rental agency, we stood in line for 30 minutes for help. There was only 1 person at the desk - while all the other companies had 2-4 employees helping customers. The car was not maintained very well and smelled like sweat and did not run well. We called 4 times to extend the rental for 1 more day, got NO reply for over 24 hours and had to go back to the airport to do this, which could have been easily done over the phone. No one actually checked the car back in when we did return it, no one come to your car to check gas/mileage/scratches.

I made a reservation for an Intermediate (Corolla, etc.), but got a slightly bigger Sonata

Due to flight delay we got to the car rental 2.5 hr after initial reservation pickup time. They canceled our reservation and didn't notify us. Also, I looked on my reservation email nothing mentioned of reservation will be canceled if not picked up within 2 hrs or a number to call. Very disappointed when arrived at counter and apparently they didn't even have our car class available. We had to pay more for another car and felt like we were left with no option and stuck with this surprise. Not to mention, the car has a very strong odor we had to buy air freshener as soon as we left the lot.
