Sent a confirmation email that had a different pickup location than what was booked. Called to change the pickup location to the airport. Was told that they made the change and would send another email. Didn’t get the email and when we picked the car up they changed the price from $268 to over $400 and gave us a small SUV rather than the intermediate car we wanted. Showed the counter person the email and he didn’t care. Take it or leave it attitude.
