Everything went great. When the car we had rented had the wrong plates, they caught us before we left the garage and upgraded us to a Chevy Impala. We had the car for two weeks and had absolutely no problems. It was a dream to drive once we’d figured out all the bells and whistles.

The short version..picked up a Suburban for a quick work function, then use for our family vacation...counter was great, then stood in garage for 15- 20 minutes, finally get SUV, now running late so I didn't look in the back.. go to pick up work colleagues and the 2nd & 3rd rows were full of trash, sandy floors and 1/2 eaten and melted string cheese's in the cup holders.. totally gross and a bit embarrassing when my boss opened the door to sit in the back... had to clean the inside of my rental!! I notified National who is sending me a couple coupons... to many other choices out there when renting vehicle's...

We had many challenges on our last vacation. Our original flight was cancelled. So we cancelled the car. Second flight also cancelled. Cancelled the second car. Then we decided to rent a car and drive. Each time it was easy to cancel and make a new reservation. This website and National car rental was easy to work with. All worked out.
