Collection was the easiest collection ever. The assistant was very polite, helpful with suggestions and quick (which is essential after a flight). The car was perfect for our needs and in good condition. Drop off was smooth and we had the receipts before we departed. We have used a number of companies in Venice as well as around the world, but this Hertz office was by far the best.
