The car smelled like smoke. It was not a full-size car like I ordered on line. I called them within 10 minutes of leaving the lot to let them know of my dissatisfaction. Then to top it off, the card I used to reserve the car (my son wanted to pay for it) was supposed to be the number they used when I returned the car. I clarified this with the person at the desk when I picked up the car. Instead they used my debit card, which I was not expecting, and it incurred $132 in overdraft charges. And all the gentleman could tell me was, Sorry for the misunderstanding. I am not happy and probably will not use this particular car rental place again.
