If I have nothing to blame for the quality of the vehicle (which I still had to claim because I had been assigned a different category from the one I had reserved), I am very upset with the service provider by the lack of information to the consumer concerning a modification of the place of taking charge of the vehicle when I left my email and telephone details. I had to cross Paris on foot at the time of the strike in order to recover the vehicle rue de Rivoli (underground car park of the Louvre Museum !!!) instead of the Hertz agency boulevard St Michel (next to the Luxembourg garden) . I discovered this modification on the agency door (closed exceptionally). When you don't know Paris on your fingertips, without public transport or taxis available, it's really a hassle. To this was added the pressure of delay which could generate the rental of the vehicle to another consumer. In addition, the vehicle was returned to an underground car park in Paris with a return box for the keys, which means that no one was there to check the condition of the vehicle. If the vehicle is damaged by a user after the return, no recourse, is this normal? So quite stressful when parking the vehicle.

The car was dirty, the full not done, the range poor performance despite a category commonly rented by the customer!
