Although the pick up was easy. They are really disappointing. Finds all ways to make money from you. You have to be very careful what charges are they putting on. They will remove the charge only when you say that should not be there. The only good thing is it is cheaper that other rentals. I have experience with other as well and they are much worse.

Upon arrival I was informed that the car I had reserved was not available and that the only car available was five times more expensive than the car I had reserved. The clerk did nothing to assist us in finding another car.
