When I got there I was asked to show my airline reservation or else I was not going to get a car I think someone should have advised me that I need that not too professional

1. I was scheduled to pick up the car at noon. There were no cars available until after 3:00. Too much pressure!!!! I was very worried that they would not get a car and then I would have difficulty getting To the airport the next day. 2. I was advised that there was about 3/4 of a tank of gas and I had to return the same amount. I didn’t see that the paperwork said full. I only drove about 20 miles to the airport in a very small high gas efficient car. The computer of the person who took back the car charged me $15 in gas automatically. I was told to go to the counter to get the charge removed. At 6:00 AM there was only one employee at the counter and 2 people picking up cars ahead of me. I did not have the time to wait in fear of missing my flight. NOT HAPPY about this!!!

I arrived at the Budget location where I had a reservation. Unfortunately, they did not have any vehicles. I was offered a vehicle for $100 more than my confirmed price and told no negotiating on the price. We're giving you a vehicle someone else had reserved. Poor service overall.
