One of the best rental experiences

First, I made an online reservation on the 25th to pick up a car in FL on the 26th. I arrived to enterprise to find that there was no car for me to pick up and that if I waited maybe a car will be available for me. I was 7th in line and waiting over an hour now when 2 families before me gave enterprise their phone numbers so that they can go eat and soon after that they gave me a car that was being returned and did not call the folks ahead of me. When the car was returned it had a flat tire and was more expensive then the reservation I made but the guy said take it or leave it and I needed a car babdly so I surrendered and took the car. Not but 2 days later the car have a flat and the car had to be towed leaving me stranded from where I was staying for a day and a half because there were no cars to be rented. I called and asked for help and they made another ersveation for me which cost me $80 in an Lyft to get back to FT Lauderdale Airport where they reserved a car for me. When I arrived to the airport enterprise an hour away from where I was to find out they had NO car for me and again I was stranded having to pay another $80 to get back to my hotel. Enterprise, you suck. You allowed folks to reserve cars even after you knew there were issues with your reservation system. You are a greedy low class excuse for a car rental service I will let everyone I know not to ever reserve from you again. I will expect a full refund on anythng I had to pay for from you, I will resrve all charges made to me by you.

Horrible. Never had a car canceled in route to destination. Had 7 people standing at the airport with no vehicle. I made the reservation 45 days in advance. Enterprise could not help me with anything.
