I rent it my car 2 months ahead then do not have problems... well I was on my way to pick up, I received a call telling me that the car is not ready so please wait for a call for pick up.. that was at 8:30 AM on Nov 20.... was back and forward during the whole morning finally they tell me go to Medley office they have a car there for you I was suppose to pick up on Miami Beach place..... That information finally came after 1 pm.... I went the lady so friendly very kind she gave me the car.......... I review and I open de side door and see that something were wrong , the guy said not is ok just need to close firmly . well was ok... I leave the place... the car was 1/4 tank in gas.. I fulfilled. after I finish to load the car put all my 4 kids and my elderly mother 90 years old on the car... ready to leave 12 hours latter that I planed... the side door DO NOT CLOSE... we try and try and nothing. I called road services... they assist me and tell me to go to the airport that the MANAGER will assist me. I went to the airport.... they took the van... and gave me a other one... the paper said that the car has the tank FULL and wasn't i was 3/4 almost... I ask for the manager... have to argue he doesn't understand .. was a nightmare... I left the Rental Car Center at 12:15 am on 11/21/2018... so that mean I lost one day..... I was driving to NYC and when I got there the car start showing me Change Oil... and that prom stress me the whole trip... so please tell that people of Budget to keep more attention on their vehicles.
