The vehicle I needed wasn’t readily available when I arrived. Ed made several calls to expedite the situation. In the end, due to my long wait, my bill was adjusted downward. This was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. The next time I need a rental, it will be with Enterprise.

I have been a Enterprise customer for years. Competitive pricing, good cars and typically great agents at the stores.
