my experience was awful with this hertzs store. The man who waiting on me had me stand there for over 1\2 hr. while he chewed on his gum, text on his phone, answer the phone and waiting on others that were after me. I finally told him he needed to take care of me before he did anything else. This process took over a hour. No I am not happy with this store.. thanks, deb young

I reserved on line at pick up, it cost me 200.00 more, was a little late, so was told that I would have to pay a late fee, then their system went down, how does that work, things happen, right? So got the car and was on my way.
