You Guys want to hear about my experience. Here it is. I picked up my car on time, but only needed a one day rental rather than the 2 I had booked. When returning it, the representative tried to tell me I essentially had the car for 1.5 days, so I was obligated to pay two days. When I pointed out that I had the car for 8 hours, he gave me some other &^$#(^$@ excuse for the extra fees. I needed about 3 gallons of gas, for which I was charged nearly 20 bucks, still less than half the price of a full days rental. The final bill came to exactly what we estimated for two days, when in fact I used 1 day and 3 gallons of gas max. I had to run and catch my plane and didn't have time to argue, but the fact is that you people nickel and dime the customer to gouge every penny possible. Why do you bother with these surveys? Does it help you become better parasites with a captive audience at airports? Your cars are not what you represent in adds and neither are your fees. Basically, you car rental companies have become as despicable as the the airlines and have made business travel a humiliation. Sorry no slack from this traveler.
