The pick up and drop off was ok. The vehicle was in bad condition. It wasn’t very clean but the biggest issue was the front tires were completely bald. Not safe to be on the road. The windshield wipers were also terrible, badly needed changed.

My experience was horrible. When I picked up the vehicle the tire might was on. I brought it to the location managers attention who informed me that it was not a problem and had the tire checked out prior to my leaving. I was traveling to Florids with little ones. Part way to Ohio tire light was on, had to stop and put air and every 3 hours from then on had to do so. Ended up stopping in Tennessee and called roadside. Was informed to take vehicle to Chattanooga airport asap due to location closing soon. Made it to airport and they had no vehicles that would accommodate my group size. Airport Avis attendant was very rude, short and cold. Had to stay overnight in hotel due to need to return in morning for different vehicle. Returned the next morning and the Avis rep was very nice and accommodating. The original vehicle left the night before was totally flat. Was given a new vehicle but trip was severely delayed. After the trip I returned the vehicle to the original location here in Michigan and discussed issues. He was very cold, and practically tole me that women dont know when issues are serious or not that it was most likely a sensor malfunctioning. Ok but I had picture proof that it was flat. I was only given $28 dollars compensation for my inconvenience, was informed that he would not argue with me, which I was not arguing and was practically told to leave and to call customer service if I had a issue. Customer service only added $3 to the total for inconvenience. I missed an entire day at my hotel in Florida due to getting there at 9 pm the next night. I will never use Avis again!!!!

Always have had a great vehicle and experience using Enterprise
