The staff at every enterprise we were at were fantastic. We picked up a Nissan Rogue in Brevard NC. We had a 14 hour drive to NY, it started raining and the windshield wipers were very jerky, they made terrible noises and would stutter. When we got to Tennessee after driving 2 hours, we hit snow and the windshield wipers stopped working, they would stop right in the middle of the windshield and make a dreadful loud motor noise and not move. We had to turn around and add 1 hour and 45 minutes to our trip because we couldn't make it through the snow and it was coming down. We had to pull over multiple times to pull the wipers up and wait for them to jerk down (it had started raining again so we were trying to see if they would begin working again, they did not). We stopped at Syracuse to see if they had a different vehicle for us to take, they did not. We checked in Oswego NY and the gentleman had a van he gave to us to take. He went above and beyond, giving us a vehicle that was supposed to go to Watertown. It was frustrating to spend so much extra time at Enterprise in other places but the staff were always kind. When we returned to Brevard, we were told the manager would call us to see if there was any reimbursement for our trouble, but we have not been contacted.
