I will preface this with the ladies that worked the counter (Erica especially) were wonderful and they were embarrassed by Wes' behavior. The problem began when Erica called Wes over because they did not appear to have the vehicle (Nissan Rogue or equivalent SUV) that was promised to us. He came over and started in on how they don't have that vehicle and if I had used their site directly instead of a 3rd party site this issue would not have happened. Basically he was blaming me for using a 3rd party and was belligerent about it. He said he could offer me a Nissan Altima which was a better car than what I had paid for. Bottom line, you do not treat customers the way he treated me. At one point during our conversation I said time out because he was getting more belligerent and there was absolutely no need for it. The entire rental experience was ruined by this man. Thank God for the ladies that were there. He walked out of the building for a minute and I asked the ladies if there was a manager around and they said he was it. One of the ladies went to find him and as he was walking back in the building she said to him (we could hear everything) that a customer said he was rude and his reply was I don't really care I am just trying to find a car. My reservation was made in January so this was not a surprise booking. Erica was looking to remove the airport fee because that was the only thing she was capable of but due to the fact that it was a prepaid reservation nothing has happened. My experience was overall good, it just took awhile to get the process of picking up the car completed. We were waited on right away but the customer service representative was a little slow. A group of younger ladies came in after us and they were all done prior to us.
