This supplier provided friendly service and made me want to come back to Enterprise formy next rental.

Excellent service once they answer the phone. I waited over 18 min on hold with that phony cheerful voice advertising. If you can't answer the phone for more than 5 min take customer name and phone number and call back. duhhhh? Also took me 20 min at gas station to find fuel cover release. I wish someone told me that fuel cover release CANNOT be seen from drivers seat.

The Enterprise store in Hobart, Indiana, promised to pick me up Saturday morning, 8/18/18 at 10:30am. That never happened. The vehicle they promised me, a black Cadillac, was not available when I drove my personnel vehicle there Saturday morning. They mislead me for 4 weeks, by making me think my desired vehicle would be available & ready for me on aforementioned date & time. That morning they informed me they didn't even carry that unit at their store, because too many of the units have been returned with bumps & scratches on them, and the store manager did not allow that certain make & model be rented at the Hobart, Indiana store. What made matters worse, I stopped by the Hobart store late July, spoke with the manager, Ian. He promised me that he would have the vehicle their for my rental pick-up on Saturday, 8/18/18. I received a call from the Hobart store on 8/14/18 from Antwan. He asked me if I still wanted the vehicle. I told him absolutely, yes. Hence, I believed it was a done deal, and a confirmed rental. So, it was a very bad morning for me because of the unacceptable, and unprofessional manner in which the Hobart Enterprise mishandled and did not follow through with our business agreement. I had to go to Valparaiso to get another vehicle, which put me behind schedule. Very bad business. The stars below are meant for the Valparaiso Enterprise store. The Hobart Enterprise store is unworthy of even one star in each category. I would recommend closing that store. They don't know what they're doing. Very disappointing!!
