I placed my order on line when I arrived I was told I had to pay more money for the car they were giving me because the didn't have what I ordered and they had to upgrade me. He also informed me that it was more money and he had to charge me more for the rental car. So I felt like I was being robbed because I was in a situation that I couldn't go somewhere else. SO I was forced to pay more. He said wait a minute and over 5 minutes later in comes back and says your cars outside and you receipts on the seat. I go to the car it had been hosed off and was all wet, the door was open and running. No explaining of anything about the car. I leave and go to pick up my grand children and I have pizza crust in the side door and it wasn't exactly clean. So what did I get for the robbery of extra money on an upgrade that I didn't ask for ( cost me more in gas too) plus the disrespect of not getting a clean car. So to my friends and family that rent always, as well as others that I meet and know BEWARE YOU WILL BE ROBBED BECAUSE WHAT THEY ADVERTIZE AND CONFIRMED IS NOT TRUE.

Picking up our rental car in town vs the airport, saved us over $200! Yes, we needed a taxi/uber from the airport to the dealer but it did not come close to the money we saved. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and there was no line or wait time for picking up the car or dropping off. Great deal!

HERTZ provided very good value for money. Ken was especially helpful when I returned the car, assisting me to move my many articles from the rental into the Uber.
