I had made a reservation on Wednesday night to pick up a car from this location at 8:00 on Thursday morning. At 7:45 on Thursday morning I received a call from them saying they didn't have a car on the lot for me to pick up. They promised to let me know as soon as something came in. Around 9:15 I received another call saying cars would be in at around 11am and they would be to my place to pick me up by 11:15. I was finally on the road 3 1/2 hours after I was supposed to be. They were supposed to give me a $25 discount on the rental but I just checked my account and they did not.
Unacceptable all the way around.

The inside of the cars and the windshields was filthy. The first car had leaky tires. The gas tank was half full but they told me I did not have to have a full tank when I came back. They gave me a second car to replace the leaky car
