still have the car for a few more days...no usb port sadly but otherwise a good deal!

Strange customer service. It took the gentlemen some fifteen minutes to figure out the computer system, and while they did, they ignored a young chap who had come to drop off his vehicle. Then, they made us stand outside in the cold (-20) while they fetched the vehicle from a parking lot nearby, and the car was covered with snow. We approached the car when it arrived, and were asked to stand back, whereupon the gentlemen proceeded to remove the snow from the car...WITH A WATER HOSE. That's right. When we were allowed to approach the car and take control of it, we had first to use the scraper (provided) to remove the ice in which the car was encased. Everything else was great!

Rental was fine, the attendants we’re a little rude, but we sorted everything out
