Our pick-up of the vehicle took much longer than expected, it it wasn't all our fault. The receptionist was extremely slow so we got on the road 45 minutes later than planned. A short hold-up was that our credit card was declined for the security deposit; I had to call my bank to have the transaction authorised - but that took less than 15 minutes of the 45. The return was also slower than I experienced elsewhere; same receptionist.
