The service was fine but I booked a smaller car at a lower rate and was told at the counter that they were out of that car and that I could wait until the next day for the car that I had booked or for extra $$ they can give me another higher grade car. This is simply wrong.

My experience was very good with Fox. The car was a little bit dirty (outside) but not significantly.

I arrived to pick up my car the gentleman at the counter advised they didn't have my car type so what I paid for wasn't available, he was not friendly and not helpful he advised I wait until another car is due to come in for my type so I got downgraded with no compensation. I go to get my car at the 5th floor and the young women helping me was not happy she was there I don't know if it was too early for Fox worker but you are in customer service SMILE! She look very unprofessional there were hickeys on her neck and then it took her a while to get my paper work she look hung over and I return the car and it was the same woman and the same horrible attitude. The woman at the both when I was leaving I think her name is JANET she was the cherry on top she smiled and was warm about her greeting she should train the other workers on what customer service is, and I work in hospitality so this experience is unacceptable.
