Our own GPS was not working because the socket outlet was defective. We returned the car and the car was swaped. We needed to refulle the old car. No apologies! The new car was not serviced and the diplay indicated that the oil needed to be changed.

I received a call from budget ( off site from the airport) the day before I left for vacation saying they were overbooked and couldn't fulfill our rental, sorry. Not acceptable. When we arrived, we went to the rental desk and told them the situation. The agent made a funny face then proceeded to search for my
reservation. She didn't say much but eventually gave me keys to a car and I was only charged the price I was going to originally pay going to the off site pick up.

My experience was good.
The condition of the car was horrible. It was clean but had an odor and it was a very beat up car. Broken cracked headlight, multiple deep dents and scrapes and the radio kept freezing. Just give out better cars. The service was good on both pick up and return.
