What kind of rental car should I get for Malang?

Accepted Answer

Malang is major. You could chill out for a week in this place and barely scratch the surface. If you'd like to take in as much as possible in this buzzing metropolis, a rental car is a must. Bear in mind that driving in the city usually goes hand in hand with tight streets and even tighter parking spots. Don't stress though, because a compact or an economy car can make this much easier to manage. If you're in the mood to get out of the city and take in some of the mangroves that Malang is renowned for, you'll want a car with more room. A mid-size or full-size SUV will make those road trips a dream.
