Wanting to return the car to the agency, the access ramp to the car rental was closed so I parked the car at P1 just above and brought the keys to the office indicating this. The agent did not want me to believe that the access to the car park was closed and wanted to bring me out of the airport to return to the car rental which was not compatible with the time for my plane. So I left the keys and the agent was dissatisfied. Strangely 10 days later I receive an AR letter stating that the car I rented has suffered damage and claims a payment of € 170 for repair a microrayure on the bottom of the bumper of the car while I had no shock and only 3j rental! I made a claim and hope for a quick return but in the meantime, it looks like a real scam

The worst experience ever. I did not sign my bill and in dispute with budget Schiphol Airport location about my bill. Everything was different in prices quoted on a continuous basis from the set on of ordering my car through your online site throughout the end with an extended period of 11days added. It was a true nightmare confusing and money figures changed all the time. I have not paid yet and will ask my credit card company not to pay that bill unless resolved.

Budget tried to downgrade us and tried to give us a smaller car than the one ordered - a car that could not contain our lugguage. It took us one and a half hours to get the car we ordered that was standing there all the time - frauds
