I had a reservation for the Anaheim location with enterprise and When I got there they were closed. They sent me to another location stating they would have my vehicle ready made me drive 30 min just a waste a time once I got there they told me they didn’t have the reservation nor the truck I had booked. Then I talked to their corporate office they send me to a 3rd location the airport stating they had it ready to go and had confirmed everything was on track. I drove another 40 min to the airport location only to find out they were closed. I called them back and they said there was nothing they can do 3 hrs later after wasting my time I had to get a reservation thru National at double the price of my original reservation. Most frustrating experience ever.

waited long to get a customer service member to help. the manager wouldn't assist

Enterprise always doesn't disappoint. They go the extra mile for the customer. Just wish they had more staff so the wait wasn't so long.
