Changed rental timing and got midsize instead of full size car. Rental process takes 1 hr.

I booked a car reservation online. I then got a ride to pick the car up (which was 40 minutes away). Upon arrival, I was told that they did not have a car, even though I was able to provide a confirmation code and had already been charged for the insurance. I asked if he could find where there was a car available, and he said he could not. The employee that was helping me had a terrible attitude from start to finish and did not make a single attempt to help resolve the situation. I will never return to this location, or even any other location that Hertz has. This is a terrible way to run a business and wastes both time and money.
