The representative put me in an upgraded vehicle and gave me a receipt for hundreds of pounds more than my reservation called for. When I questioned it he told me it was a reserve taken against my credit card that would be refunded, nothing more. Reserves are common but the numbers did not add up. I was disturbed, went to another clerk, and was told that this was an error. I was allowed to keep the upgrade and the proper amount was charged. This could very well have been an innocent mistake, but it is important to not blindly sign paperwork.

Pick up was OK, mentioned damage.... Staff said it was noted.... drove and returned to different airport... a week later email telling us we owed for damage! This was all sorted but not before I had to spend 40mins on the phone to the UK from USA at my own expense. Apparently they had the noted info but no one picked it up.... Surprisingly was the first time we took out insurance! Other than that the car was fine.

From the pickup at the terminal, the service at Enterprise and the ride back to the terminal, the service was first class. I will always use Enterprise for my rental needs.
