Agents were very helpful and courteous. Airport bus transfer took too long. Car should have been cleaned off from snow and ice before we picked it up.

Car was great. When checking out guy essentially extorted me for approx $50 a day for insurance otherwise they would put a $1200 hold onto my credit card for 30 days. Paying the insurance fee did get me through checkout fast though. Also not a very busy place and didn’t really try to move through people quickly.

Nice staff and got a nice car which was a relief after having a terrible experience with Hertz the previous 5 days of our trip.
