My overall experience of renting what was supposed to be an economy size vehicle, Toyota Corolla, was an expensive one as it cost me 600+ dollars for 4 days which worked out to 150+ per day. That is just over the top. They said they upgraded my vehicle for free but it sure did not feel like it. I ended up having a Jeep Wrangler which felt like it struggled throughout the trip. Any time I pushed it above 100 km/h, it would rev up and sounded like it was consuming much gas. I would have preferred a more economical choice with respect to fuel and a more comfortable ride. I have to give much gratitude for the respectful staff on a positive note.

I picked up the car on Sunday at Sanford and returned it a week later at Clearwater/St Pete airport. Wonderful SUV, just like mine at home! Awesome that I could return it somewhere else. Will definitely do this again.

When I went to pick up the rental there was only one person there and he had to tend to the customer in front of me as well as clean the car the customer was about to receive. When I finally received my rental after about 45 min, I drove off and about 10 miles in the service light turned on. In addition, when I arrived to my destination I inquired about extending it for an extra day due to my busy schedule the lady said she could and there would not be an additional charge. I wouldn't have cared to pay the additional charge if I had to but come to find out I was lied to. I wake up the next morning and since it snowed and I'm on base, it was shut down, so I call to try an extend it another day and they say the total would be for 3 days worth of the rental. I asked to talk to the lady that helped me the day before to clarify what was going on but she wasn't there. I then asked to talk to the manager, and he was rude and sarcastic with remarks like well you signed so you pay, with no compromise of the situation explained.
