I prepaid the reservation where I had already paid for rental insurance and declined any extras. When I picked up my vehicle I prepaid the gas and signed but didn't realize the agent had added on more insurance and roadside assistance even after we had just verified that I had AAA and didn't need or want it. I had to call customer service supervisor who approved the refund for the insurance since I was able to show where I had already paid at the time of booking online, but he did not tell me he rejected the refund for the roadside assistance. When I received only part of the refund I called back and that supervisor told me he could not override the rejection, but that I could submit a formal complaint to an email address. I DID, but what a headache. Thankfully the representative that read my email authorized the refund, but this should have been approved and taken care of by the first supervisor since it was even indicated on my receipt that I was a AAA member. I am still waiting to receive the last refund, but hope I do not have to email or call back. Not worth the savings I found online after all this.

We were able to pick up our car quickly with no fuss. Good selection of cars to choose from.

The whole process of picking up car to dropping it off was quick and easy. The car was in good order and clean.
