The online service from carrentals.com was quick, easy & smooth. However, Enterprise Harney location left vm and told me they overbooked and could not fulfill my reservation until next day. I then spent a good portion of time speaking with Enterprise customer service trying to resolve. It took 3 attempts and I was 3 hours late leaving on trip. The price changed 3x. Then, although I told Enterprise I purchased damage insurance through carrentals 4x, on the final pdf emailed to me, the girl changed my answer to accept from decline and I was charged an additional $20! I do not like deceptive practices and will not use this location again. FYI- I liked the GM and Bob, who transported me to Enterprise. But the girl is the one who originally called and left vm. The girl is the one who signed me up for additional insurance after being told NO 4x. Disappointed because I am an Enterprise Member since 2011.

The drop off near Denver International Airport was super easy, including the shuttle to the airport.
