I am disappointed because the information between the platform and the agency is not clear. In addition I needed to return my vehicle sooner and even by preventing the day after taking charge of the vehicle (as recommended by the person at the counter) I was told that it was impossible to get a refund .

Ordered was a car of the class Nissan Cassquia. On site I received a Dacia Duster.

The pick up of the car at the airport was uncomplicated, the staff was competent and friendly. Unhappy was the quality of the car or cars: In number one vehicle failed after a few days of reverse, from one moment to the other. One full day later, the replacement car came. So long we could not move from the spot (fortunately the transmission gave up its spirit in the hotel parking lot). The second car in turn lost a side door on the first day (no joke). Luckily we were not too far away from Cape Town at this time - but until the replacement car came, half a day's holiday with nothing but waiting was over. Very annoying that all.
